| On October 11, 2001, The Jalapeno Cafe visited the
State Fair of Texas to observe the Tex-Mex and Tabasco
cook-off's. I am happy to report that the art of cooking
is alive and well in the Lone Star State. We saw some
great looking food and a good time was had by all.
