Pan Fried Corn and Peppers

Corn cut from 3 ears of fresh corn (about 2 cups)
1 jalapeno pepper, stemmed and seeded, minced fine
1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped fine
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and Pepper to Taste
        

Heat oil in heavy skillet, add corn, bell pepper and jalapeno pepper. Cook and stir. When heated through, add the water. Simmer until water cooks away and corn starts to brown. Season with the salt and pepper.
