Tortilla Roll Ups

Preparation time 10 minutes

1 4 ounce can chopped green chiles 
1 bunch scallions, chopped 
1 clove garlic minced
salt and chile powder to taste (and your favorite spices) 
I get creative with this ... 
2 8 ounce packages cream cheese softened 
12 large tortillas 

Mix together green chiles, scallions, garlic and salt and spices.

Blend in softened cream cheese.

Spread a thin layer of cream cheese mixture on each tortilla. Leave 1/4 inch on the edges of the tortilla.

Roll tortillas.Use a tooth pick to secure rolls. Refrigerate, covered for at least an hour (until firm).

Slice rolls into 1/4 inch pieces. (across)

This may be frozen and sliced before serving.
