Beef & Salsa Burritos Total prep time 25 minutes |
1 1/4 pounds ground beef 1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinich, thawed, well drained 1 1/4 cups prepared chunky salsa (your favorite brand) 1 cup shredded chedder cheese 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper(each) 8 medium flour tortillas, warmed |

1. In a large nonstick skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat 10 to 12 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring occasionaly. Pour off drippings. 2. Season beef with chili powder, cumin 1/4 tespoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Stir in spinach and salsa: heat through, Remove from heat, stir in cheese. 3. Spoon 1/4 cup beef mixure in the center o each toritlla. Fold bottom edge up over filling. fold sides to center, overlapping edges. Serve warm Eat and Enjoy |
