Green Chile Eggs

2 - 3 green chiles -- fresh (roasted, peeled and chopped) 
  or frozen 
1 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese 
12 eggs 
1 16 oz. container sour cream 

Layer the chiles with the grated cheese in a buttered or greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Combine the eggs and sour cream and pour over the top. Bake for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven until it puffs like a soufflé.
