Eggs Chilaquiles

2 tablespoons butter
4 corn tortillas, sliced into 1/2 inch strips
1 cup chopped fresh tomatoes
1 tablespoon minced onion
4 eggs, lightly beaten
salt and pepper to taste
Dash of Tabasco
1/4 cup grated cheese

Melt butter in skillet. Fry tortilla strips in hot butter. Stire in tomates, onion and heat to boiling. Stir in eggs. Season with salt and pepper and Tabasco.

Serve at once, topped with the cheese.
