Frozen Watermelon Margarita 2

Use contrasting colored sugar on the glass rims

3 cups watermelon juice
5 lime wedges
Colored Sugar (available on Baking aisle at supermarket)
3/4 cup high-quality tequila
1/2 cup Triple Sec
1/3 cup fresh lime juice

Remove seeds and process enough watermelon to yield 3 cups juice. Pour into ice cube trays and freeze.

Squeeze one lime wedge onto a small plate and dip four glass rims in juice, then in colored sugar. Set aside.

Transfer two-thirds melon juice cubes to a blender. Add liquor and lime juice and pluse until just about smooth. Add remaining melon juice cubes and pulse until completely smooth.

Divide the margaritas among the prepared glasses. Pop the remaining lime wedges into the glasses and serve. Makes four cocktails
