2 pounds ground beef 4 medium onions, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 2 teaspoons vinegar 1 12-oz can tomato paste 2 to 3 tablespoon chili powder 3 teaspoons cinnamon 1 teaspoon Tabasco 2 dashes worcestershire sauce 1 quart water salt and pepper to taste Make Spice Bag: 4 dry peppers 35 allspice 5 bay leaves Plus: hot cooked spaghetti, grated sharp cheese, chopped onion, and oyster crackers |

Saute beef, onions and garlic. Add all other ingredients. Simmer, partially covered for one hour. Remove spice bad. To serve, assemble by layers: Hot Spaghetti, topped by chili, cheese, onions and oyster crackers.. (serves 6 to 8) |
