Jalapeno Cocktail Pie
4 Or 5 Jalapeno peppers -- seeded & chopped 1 pound SHARP Cheddar Cheese -- shred 6 Eggs -- beaten
Sprinkle peppers in well greased 9" pan.
Cover with cheese. Pour eggs over cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until firm.
Cool and cut into 1" squares.
