Southwestern Corn Dip |
1 pint of sour cream 1 1/2 cups of sharp chedder cheese 1 can of whole kernel corn (drained) 1 small can of chopped green chiles 1 small jalapeno diced 1 bunch scallions (about 6) salt and pepper (to taste) dash of cayenne pepper garlic salt (to taste) |

Drain all canned ingredients, then combine
all the ingredients. Refrigerate at least two hours
before serving with your favorite tortilla chips. This
one is delicious and different!
