Celebrity Collector of the Month
Lydia Pullman of KoKomo, Indiana has an
unusal hobby. She collects celebrity Thigh
Masters. Lydia started her collection over
five years ago, when visiting in Los Angeles.
She and a friend were driving around, looking
at the homes of stars. As Lydia says, "we
drove by Cher's house and Wow! It was totally
cool and this idea just hit me; why didn't
we drive down the alley and look at her garbage?"
That is exactly what Lydia and her friend
did and when Lydia delved into Cher's garbage
can, she found her first celebrity Thigh Master.
Lydia said, "It was there in the garbage,
hardly used and my heart started pounding,
I mean, Cher, "The Cher" had used it on her
thighs." After that, Lydia visited Los Angles
every chance she got to look for more Thigh
Masters. "Once, I found one in Bruce Willis's
garbage, still in the box, totally intact,
never used."
"That was when 'Die Hard Ten' came out and
I went to the premier. Bruce signed his name
on the Thigh Master box. I've been told I
could sell it for $500. I have a several more,
one from Anna Nicole Smith that she used before
she did the Guess ads and one that was used
by Torrie Spelling. Anyway, I'm saving my
money and hope to be able to move out to L.A.
soon," she said. In the meantime, Lydia has
started using her computer in the search for
celebrity Thigh Masters. "I bought two on
E-Bay, but I'm not telling who used them,"
says Lydia.
